Exclusive Area Manager

Any large company has got a sales manager that coordinates several Area Managers and each of them follows exclusively a specific geographic customers area.

Romiri S.r.l. (JLT Branch) can be the Area Manager for a company using its local structure and working with local partners.

The activities done in the territory will be reported in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The company’s sales manager  will  have the access to the CRM database both for being informed about the activity done and for addressing the area manager. The usage of video conferences will simplify the communication.
